Hi guyz,
I have two questions
1. What is the 1K plot rate in AZAM Gardens (Multan Road)
2. What is current (normal) construction cost, including material (say covered area 3000 Square feet, China tiles, booty sina in drawing room and TV launch and Tavera in Garage & Bed rooms, red brikes outside the house, and normal other stuff) I believe it comes under B Class construction.

I donot know the present situation but after incident of 'Ojeri Camp' at Rawalpindi, Govt. banned construction in Azam Garden being close to similar camp so please confirm before buying. |

I am referring about same Azam Garden, Lahore where new construction was banned as it is also close to explosive depot on the other side of Multan Road. May be Govt has lifted ban now |
