i want to make home in islamabad in one to two years..

my prefrence is home near to islamabad
but
having facilities of school and market near by ..

i have budget of 25-35 lak ..

b-17 and DHa -2 are some areas suggested by some people..

what you paople suggest ...

In DHA-2, a one Kanal is very difficult to get at 35 Lacs.
I think you are talking about the commoner’s town part of DHA-2 where streets are not wide and development work is not good plus water problems, as it was not done well even by Habib Rafique?
The side towards Islamabad highway! . Other areas of DHA-2, getting a plot at 35 is a great news!
Please correct me if I am wrong!

In D Block 500 yards plot price is 35 lekh on 17 th July Sunday in 3 different adds demand was 35-36 lekh

I want to sell my plot in DHAI-II Extn (Commoner's Town) in DC block. It is 1 kanal.
Do you know how much does it worth?
Is it a good time to sell, or shall I wait for few more years. I bought it in 2006.
