I have a 8marla (two independant stories) house in Street 7 in Officer's colony adjacent to Cavalry Grounds - Lahore. I need a price estimate of my house and willing to sell in near future

How old this house is? How many rooms are in each story? Baths (attached or independent), garage, etc Can you list the features? monthly income?

Well i am not a property expert but a buyer, also these things might help other property expert in giving you exact estimate

It seems you want to know about the worth of the house.

According to my calculation, assuming average location & average construction:

8 Marla x 4.5 Lac (Plot Price) = 36 Lac
Construction (15 Years old) = 20 Lac (+ - )
