1- AWT 2
2- LDA AVENUE 1
my budget is about 3 million, which plot is more rewading Commercial or Residential?

You should go for LDA AVENUE 1.You can find 1 kanal plot in LDA AVEENUE 1 in this budget. |

Which block is safe for investment and what size of plot, i mean 10 marla 10 marla 2 plots are more rewarding or 1 kanal one plot?

Sir F,J Block are safe for investment.I will recommend u to go for F block its near main commercial.Price will vary depending upon location.
However good location plot near main 150 road will be around 16-18lac.
However away from main u get in 12-15lac.
Sir if u are buying one kanal and try get more profit then go for plot on big road like 100 feet or 120,150 feet.
Otherwise 10 10 marla plots at good location. |

both of these societies i will also recomend lda avenue1.location wise lda is good than awt.you can sale ur plot easily in lda avenue1 than awt.in all lda societies rates are much more than other societies and i am sure after two years rates of lda avenue will be same as johar town.you have much time of 5 to 7 years for investment.i will recomend u two 10,10 marla plots instead of one kanal plot.(i also bought two 10,10 marla plots for investments)in 30 lacs u can buy two 10 marla plots it will be more rewarding. |
