Salam All,
I have recently bought a 8M plot in Bahria Nasheman.
Since i am overseas my relatives have bought it for me they confirmed when buying plot from Bahria that there is no construction time limit there i.e. 3 years etc.
However i am still not satisfied so i would like to ask some other experts (Adil saeed)
I have paid half amount but have not appilied for possesion.
My question is what is the last date of taking possesion?
After taking possesion how much time i will have to construct a house before no construction charges start?
Note: the above questions are specifically from Bahria Nasheman not other blocks.
Additionally it iwll be ince to see some pics of the site.

You can take possession in Bahria Nasheman any time after paying 50% payment of total price. At this time there is no time limit for starting a house here. At this time there is no penalty for non construction.

Bahria Nashaiman is very good place for investment. I also bought a plot in Nashaiman. I have applied for possession which will be clear within few days. I will start the construction immedialtely after posessioning letter. However My neighbor has been started the construction and completed the 50%.... I will start living there within 4 months insha ALLAH |
