Plot of one Kanal rates in Sector E-16,

I purchased a plot in Sector E-16/3 of Cabinet Division about two year ago. What is current rates.
pls Guide me if i sell plot will i git some profit or it would be in loss. I purchased the plot in May 2009. Total cost including dealer commission and transfer fee was Rs.20,50000.00( Twenty Lac and Fifty Thousands)

Waiting for valuable comments.

Also update the current ACTUAL Status of this society

bhai thre are no buyers in the market.. joo hotee hein unhein property dealers bhaga daite hein.. property dealers are real mafia.. they control the prices ...so stay away from them.. i think if u able to sell at the price u bought u will be lucky

Dear Mr Murtaza Ayun Sulahriya, i think E-16 is not more rewarding as i am a victim of same sector i buy 11 marla plot in Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme this society is in E-16/1 & 4, total plot value which i paid is 13 Lakh which i paied in dirhams and that time dirham was round 18PKR and today is more than 23 PKR, i buy it in 2009 but so far there is not such a great development even no possession.

I request to readers please give some honest advice, how can i recover my amount which i paid atleast.

Honest opinion is E-16 is still the best sector in zone 2 of Islamabad.

Cabinet Division ECHS:
E-16 & E-17 are semi developed sectors.
Possession is available.
Construction of houses is not started.
Few areas are still undeveloped due to adverse possession.
U/G Electric network is not complete.
Gas and water supply is not available at present.
Gas line laying in progress.

E-16 location is before A-17, B-17, C-17 & D-17.
Only G-15 & F-15 are before & location wise better than E-16.
Good place for future living.

Please remember there are 2 different housing societies in E16. Cabinet Division is located in E16/2,3 and also E17/3 and as most people have commented here a lot of times is definitely one of the best places to live in future in this area and the development is of very high standard. Roshan Pakistan (RP) however is another story and I dont think they have even started the development at all.

You have any info about RP Housing Scheme, i called several times but they are not replying positively at all,

IS THERE ANY WAY I COME-OUT FROM THIS WITH MY PAID AMOUNT? Please help to sort out this. for me its very hard to wait as i invested my hard earned money on a fake scheme, please brothers any one knows any info about Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme please share with me.

All islamabad members have only two sectors to discuss always E-16 and D-12.
WHat about other sectors?
Do you guys don't invest in other sectors. Keeping in mind E-11 due to amjad and atiq and their daily updates :s. Lets discuss some other sectors now.
