DHA phase 9 10 file is available at 15.15 lacs today. Transfer cost is Rs 1.16 lacs. We charge 1% commission on agreed price.
Token money of Rs 50000 and transfer fee of 116000 is needed in cash and rest of the amount is paid in form of bank pay order or demand draft on day of transfer. Pay order is given to seller in front of DHA after all transfer process is 100% complete.
DHA issue files against land and the persons that get allocation letter from DHA for their land sell this in open market. At time of ballot DHA sell book these plots on installments too.
Transfers are held in DHA Lahore office that is run under on duty Brigadier.

Sir,Mr.CMY,As I am very short of knowledge in this field,Pl confirm
if I pay Rs.15,15 lac I will be owner of one kanal plot or any development charges have to pay.If yes, please advise how much
full payment for one canal plot required ?
