Can you please advise if it's worth investing in Bahria Town Sector D, keeeping in mind the reputation of Bahria Town now-a-days.
I will apprecaite if you give your opinion without taking into account LRE has been given the rights for the pre-launch.

No doubt Bahria has delivered great projects both is Lahore and Rawalpindi and the quality of work in there projects is also very good. Bahria Town Rawalpindi is one of the bext places to live in Rwp/Isb and same is the case in Lahore if someone does not care about distance from central Lahore.
On the other hand though I think the way Bahria works is that they announce a new project every once in a while collect the booking amount and then use that money on previous projects. That is why they start new projects before finishing the last one. So they work like a Ponzi as long as they continue starting new projects and collecting more money the previous projects will be fine. |

Yes, bahria town delivers great projects but you have to wait 6-7 years after payment. |
