Sir DHA 9 has not announced any balloting so sir i want to know that how u can give the map of DHA phase 9 (block A,B,C,D).
Freom where u get this information?
2ndly my question is abt DHA PHASE 8.
What is the price of good location 80 feet,100 feet,120 feet or main bolivard plots rates and which block you will recommend (plots should not be deep).

DHA Lahore Phase 9 block A B C D are also called DHA Town Lahore. These blocks are currently under development and plots are allotted to families of Shuda of different Pakistan military operations. These blocks are due for possession by Dec 2012. Current rate here for 5 marla plots is 13.50 to 16.50 lacs.
DHA Town In Phase 9 map is an official DHA Lahore.

1.Is There any Development difference between Shudha Town and Dha phase 9.(When development will starts in Dha phase 9)
1 kanal plots available in Shudh town on main bolevard? and if yes then whats its price.

Ali Shahbaz sahib Only 5 and 8 marla here in DHA town. No one kanal plots in DHA town. I cant comapre difrence between developent as only DHA town is under development. |
