I am residing abroad. Can I sell my DHA Phase 9/10 Allocation File through Power of Attorney duly attested by Pakistan Embassy.

It can be done if both buyer and seller trust each other 100% and it takes about 2 to 3 months to complete the transfer via power of attorney.
