DHA phase 6 commercial 4 Merla between above numbers is worth 150 to 160 lacs today.

Here a 4 marla commercial sell at 50 to 55 lacs. If you are in a hurry you will get about 50 Lacs. If you sell it with patience it could get you as high as 55 lacs.
