I am planning to buy buy 10 maral/ one kanal plot on canal side. There is a small society named SUNFLOWER in J-1 johar town. it looks good one. Is it safe to put money on it.
Please guide me what could be other options to buy plot near to canal side. My priority is easy approach to canal and good location of plot. my budget is 4 to 5 million.
