dont expect that construction will start even afteer 10 years

We just got our money back after 5 years of waiting. If I invested that money elsewhere i am sure I would have much more than 12 lacs I paid them and got 12 lac back after 5 years. My sincere advise to you is to take your money back. There is no hope from CDA. When I went to isb to apply for my refund, the clerk told me that more than half the people have taken the refunds and refunds are now taking around 3 months. So a sincere suggestion, don't hold on to I-15 file.

I will second Ali. I have done the samething, got my money back.
CDA is a good deal if you thinking to buy for your new born child. Realisticly, CDA takes about 20 years to develop and hand ovor/building a house to liveable area. |
