@ adnan There seems to be no corruption involved at all. Original Allotment Letter is a proof that you hold ownership of a plot. In case it is lost, you cannot make a sale of your plot or constructed property. The solution to this problem is you have to advertise in the newspaper for loss of your allotment letter. There is a set wording (usually provided by DHA - it is in the interest of the person who has lost his allotment letter, so there is no legal flaw in wording of the notice) to be published in widely circulated newspapers to this effect. I am convinced that there is no an iota of corruption element involved. It is usual practice in such matters. |
