Bahria Town phase 8,

Dear Bahria Experts,

I would like to seek your guidance,i have two options available to go for.
1-10 M plot in F1 of Bahria Town phase 8
2-7 M plot in safari valley Ext phase 8

Experts i am planning to make my dream house in next four years,what would you suggest between the above stated options.
Hope to get an honest advise.

plz dont invest in these two project becoz these project are hanging in the air since launch and no one is certain when possession will be avaliable in these sectors my honest advice is stay away from these two projects

Current prices for Gulberg Islamabad is as per below.
7 Marla 30x60 750,000 to 800,000
10 Marla 35x70 950,000 to 1,050,000
1 Kanal 40x90 1,400,000 to 1,500,000

Development work is being done and blocks G, H and few more have already been developed. Currently IB main focus is on link road construction which is being developed at fast pace. Anyone planning to invest in Gulberg, MUST VISIT the site to see the work with their own eyes.

Though I am not very sure but as per my last discussion with IB society, the price for 4 kanal farm house is around 20,000,000 to 25,000,000.
