CMY is right, Sector C is the best choice in comparison to other sectors of Bahria Town (Mohlanwal) Lahore.
In my humble opinion, Plots of 10 Marla in Sector C are better for the sake of investment, because you would get more options and less prices as compared to 1 Kanal plots, which are few in numbers and those have already reached close to the optimal price.
TIP: Asif, one can make more profit if buying is done wisely at a competitive price. Your profit margin is actually the difference of buying and selling price.
