I want to invest about 40 lacs for one kanal plot most preferably in DHA lAHORE.
Dedicated property experts r requested to advise which one is better to build a house after 3~4 years
1 dha phase 6
2 dha phase 7
3 dha phase 8
or any other sheme.
Mr cmy is also requested to give his precious time

i will suggest you to invest in DHA 8 because the devlopment work of this phase is to be started soon and the rates are within your budget. the location of this phase is very good as its located in fronte of airport. second the chances of your investment to become double in next 4 to 5 years are bright. after the large contruction activites in phase 6 now the phase 8 will be the hot phase in dha in coming months and surely the price will increase.
the people talk about the level of the phase 8 which are just assumptions becasue if you see the map uploded by CMY the big parks are located on the deep pits and there is almost no difference with main roads as far as elevation of the area is concerned and also one should trust the Dha That they have competent staff to develop it in best manner.

just vistor he wants to make home after 3-4 years. It will take atleat 10-15 years for DHA 8 to live there. I think right now DHA phase 6 is not properly build and it will be good to make home their in 3-4 years. And DHA is very slow I dont think phase 8 will be developed soon. I think phase 8 has not advantage of being infront of airport. The ring road did not gave Park view or phase 8 proper enterance ( khode line)and I think there are two many villages in phase 8 and phase 6 is bigger and better planed.
So my advice will be to increase your budjet a bit and go for cheap plot ih phase 6 or a plot in phase 7 which is close to phase 6 |

Buy a normal plot in DHA8 S block or Buy an on ground ready plot in DHA phase 7 T ot U block.

Dear Usman,
if DHA 8 is going to be developed in 10 - 15 years than ph -9 must be developed in 30-40 years as per your cvalculations then there is no need to invest in DHA and all the work by CMY and suggestion are fake. if dha 8 is not situated in front of airport then what society or phase or abadi or scheme is situated in front of airport. this is not true that ring road did not gave rpoper entrance to ph 8 rather DHA itself made the interchange little away from the main entrance to the commercial broadway which will be future hub for commercial activities in DHA. reason for this is that DHA maiantained its unique status by not making the congusted populated commerical area or residential areas right on the main roads rather prefer to be located on peaceful environment. regarding villages in ph 8, there are also villages in each every phase of DHA but that does not effect the DHA planning. ie charar pind near phase three did not effected the business and plot prices in this phase.
