My brother is in USA and is planning to buy a plot in phase 6/phase7 DHA, lahore. Is it possible to transfer plot in his name in his absence? If so what are the requirements?

Yes DHA Lahore allow a purchase for overseas Pakistanis t transfer property in their name without traveling to Pakistan. All you need is NIC copy + Foreign visa or Passport copy + 2 color passport size photos.
