Dear CMY,
Sir my Budget is around 45 lac.I want to invest in DHA 8 (on big road 100,150,160)kindly suggest me.

I lost the allotment letter of a person whom i buy a plot but i have its transfer letter (transfer is on my name).Is this evidence is enough or i should got duplicate of that.
Plz ans both of questions

Sir for large roads you need min 60 lacs.
If transfer was done in DHA. Old owners allotment letter is canceled and kept by DHA Lahore. If old owner allotment letter was lost and DHA did transfer a plot in your name than you dont have to worry about any thing. DHA transfer a file or plot after all the legal requirements are met.
You should have a allotment or allocation letter directly from DHA Lahore in your name 15 days after the transfer. So should collect it from DHA when ever you come to DHA Lahore office.

I am 2nd allotiee and the plot is transfer to me and i have transfer letter of that which office has issued me after some days of transfer.DOES it enough for me as a proof? |
