Asslam O Alikum to CMY and All readers and visitors of this forum.
I know it will sound strange and even difficult but
Lets have some contribution for the lower class people who are struggling to get their house.
Every one wants to have his/her own home for himself and family's security and peaceful living. But it is a fact that due to lots of social evils in our society this is becoming more and more difficult for the lower income people specially who are striving to earn halal means of living for their family.
Social evils like dishonesty and self-centric approach has spread to our way of livings like this is very well acceptable as there is no harmful thing in it.
On the one hand there is rich elite and upper middle class who can afford luxury living and the other side there are lots of who can not even afford a two bed room house portion on rent.
If some one from lower or middle class lucky enough able to mange some amount to get some plot or house, there are plenty of chances that he/she will either get robbed by fraud dealers or property seller or at least don't get worth his money.
I know it is very difficult for CMY and other people good in property dealing to spare time to help such people with their sincerer opinion as business don't allow them to get their mind or thinking involve to get such pain.
So...
What we can do here in this site... I suggest we may have some sincere suggestion repeated and updated after some time from the persons like CMY and other who are well aware of the business.. for those who comes under low income/budget category any trying to make their dream home with budget starting from the lowest possible.. As this is a real dream home To fullfil once dream of having his/her own secure place of living. help them .. guide them... try to give them courage... help them to take decision... start sharing with them, This is our duty....
