It seems that property market is going in positive direction. During this time of year there is very least demand of plots and files usually but you can clearly see that for most of DHA files there are more buyers than sellers and there is also a big demand for plots in Bahria town as well. Dealers are looking for owners of plots to see if anyone is interested to sell.

Currently there are very few buyers and even the few buyers that are buying are looking at purchasing at lowest prices. I think that your information is misleading. The development charges imposed again for the second time after people had paid then all 2 years ago and still no possession of plots is having a negative effect on Bahria Town. |
