CDA had announced the new locality "Park Enclave" in May 2011. Could please anybody tell me what are the latest updates about this and how soon the plots will be available ?

i dont know the time frame of plots availability but i can assure you that CDA will take atleast 20 years to develop that project. the terrain is not good and the prices are sky high. |

CDA has requested PM for formal inauguration of project.
Location of project is prime. Scheme will hopefully develop in few years.
Main reason for delay in CDA projects in past is land acquisition issue & taking physical possession of acquired land.
Complete land possession of Park Enclave is with CDA. |

Great news for at leat 2 reasons!
This government has to do something good before they are put on the way out and that is not too far from now. Even if they complete their legitimate tenure, they need to do at least one thing like that!
CDA has to make its impression & repu better as it has lost its entire positive image due to DHA & BT. CDA used to get billions upon the announcement of new sectors but now they get only shoes thrown on them instead!
Now DHAI & BT are damn and CDA must make a fun of it? |
