I am seeking your suggestion in regard to NFC Phase II, Since I have very limited Budget, should i go for NFC Phase II? What is the prospect of this society. Current rates can be viewed on Plot Selling Page of your website. will it worthy to get a land to build a home with in 3-5 years.
your kind suggestion is requested.

I think its worth and ok to invest in NFC 2 if you have very low budget.
It should be ready for house in 3 to 4 years at max.

Yesterday i had called Adeel at ur advertised number, he still has to come up with 10 Marla and 1 kanal options. The point here which is in favor of me is that the cost of land is okay but rest of the amount will be taken on installments (Development charges) which is quite feasible for me.
Do u suggest any other more developed society with little Plus budget.
pls advice.
