Assalamu Alikum Mr CMY!
We were planning to buy a file of 1 kanal plot in phase 5 ext....but now are confused regarding its Land issue. Its Land has been sold to ASkari .....What about its new land? There are some rumors that DHA will merge it in Phase 9 OR will buy some new land...
Another thing is that what are the factors which influence the price of Files...like in the case of Phase 5 Ext people know the Land issue and still the File price is rising day by day.... The main attractive thing about it was the worth of its previous Land , but now if the Land is going to be changed than which thing is still positive in it that is increasing the price of its file ....

DHA 5 extension files are issued against land that is located in DHA 5 extension area. If one file of one kanal DHA takes 4 kanal land. They must have EXTRA land so they may be giving it to Askari etc. Only DHA knows when they will ballot or where they will give you plot. But till today a file owner got plot only in area of phase where land was handed to DHA. What DHA will do tomorrow I dont know. If you are not comfortable with land or location please buy a plot in proper DHA 5 at 70 to 145 lacs per kanal. Or buy a plot in already balloted other phases.
