Dear Brothers; I am considering to buy a house in Wapda Town Phase-1, near F-2 757 on 80ft road. The house is new and built by the builder. It has 2 + 3 bedrooms with servent quarter. According to Builder, it is a Class-A construction. Can the experts of the Forum tell me the worth of the house? How much I should offer to the Seller? All Brothers (especially Mr.Jameel and Mohsin) please comment. Thanks,
