I am overseas dr, and want to come and settle in Pakistan at the end of this year.Can someone tell me a list of schools and colleges in defence Lahore???

LAhore Grammer School (Phase - I)
Lahore Grammer School (Phase - 5)
Beaconhouse (Phase - III)
Beaconhouse (Phase - VI)
Defence Public School (Z Block)
Defence Public School (T Block)
Alma (Phase - III)

Just a some additions and my view of standards of these schools.
Lahore Grammar School (LGS) Ph 1 is only for girls.
LGS Ph V is both for Girls and boys. They have a very nice campus but I have found from personal experience that they are not doing a very good job especially at Pre-School level.
Beaconhouse Ph3 (next to McDonalds) is good standard school.
Beaconhouse Newlands in PhVI is opening this year and is a joint collaboration between Beaconhouse and a British school (should be good)
The best one for Pre school children I have found is Kids Kampus belonging to the Salamat School Systems (ICAS etc.)
Salamat School Systems is opening a huge campus on Bedian Road in PhV next to Askari 11 called SICAS and based on their reputation it should be very good.
I cannot comment on Defence Public Schools as I have no experience of them.
There is also a new school which opened in XX block called The Brick School but I dont know much about it.
Ibn-E-Sina also next to McDonalds in Y block is also known for it's very strict discipline.
The fees for most of these private schools vary around 12-15k per month. |
