Is it fully developed plot?
All dues clear?
Plot is possessioned?
What is your final asking price?

i got the possession certificate for which i paid Rs 135,000 in addition to all the development charges plot size is 272.22 sq yards sector E street 6 plot no 822. Plot is ready for construction. Final Price is 11Laks plus possession fees i.e 1235000. If you guys are serious i can send you copy of documents.

Dear Khalid, is it road level plot? and why you increased your demand before you asked 11 Lakh and now it is 1235000.

If you are serious and not looking just for fun so let me know, and dont treat all people same, you will understand who is serious.

Anyway just reply for is it road leveled plot and what is your final asking price?

yaar aap ko phir gusa aa gya...yar mai ney kuch ghalat keh dia hai kia?sirf itna kaha na key muskarya karo....muskrana bhi to sadqa hai ya....pata hai key barey admi ho....lambe note chaptey ho...magar thori bardashat bhi rakho merey bhai.............

plot is at road level. Price is correct 1100000 plus 135000 possession fees this is final.
