i am interested to buy 1 kanal plot in Islamabad D-12. I need advice regards which part of D-12 is best and range of prices.

The best buy in market and if you can afford do not miss it. D-12 is one of the best investments as today and will be one of the best sectors of Islamabad in future. Do not listen atiq raja type expertise who them selves have invest in AGOSH and lost. There is no comparison of investing in proper CDA sector of Islamabad and D-`12 is most likely best.

The best part to build the house is D-12/3 but this is not the best time to invest in D-12 sector.

@Noble, let me get this straight, having comments like 'not best haha............' are not childish???? One I hear any logical and grown up comment from Atiq Raja, I will listen. Till then his comments are the one without any logic and stupid. Sorry but truth hurts, doesn't it?

Atiq Raja is right, he is saying true, CDA cannot avocate the following sector so D12 will be in isolution:

North side of D 12 is Mountain (good scene)
East side of D 12 is D 11 (Ministry of Defence) No link road from D 11
South side 0f D 12 is E12, CDA can never avocate these sectors
West side 0f D 12 is E13, CDA can never avocate these sectors

F 12, G 12, E 14, E 15 CDA can never avocate these sectors

@ 'try your luck' even though I have accepted your description of E-12 for the sake of this discussion I am less pessimistic about it. I do think we will get to see E-12 developed albeit after a very long time.

MAS's counter argument are valid and rational, where as Atiq comments such as 'not best haha...........' or 'Pakistan is Hell' are plain old stupid.
Atiq, is it possible for you to shut your mouth vs. talking non sense? Some of us prefer to not listen to dumb comments. It wastes our time.
