Dear Brothers; I am considering to buy a house in Wapda Town Phase-1 for my own residence, near F-2 757 on 80ft road. The house is new and built by the builder. It has 2 + 3 bedrooms with servent quarter. According to Builder, it is a Class-A construction. Can the experts of the Forum tell me the worth of the house? How much I should offer to the Seller? All Brothers Please comment.

What is the demand of the seller??? According to my humble opinion it worths between 85 to 100 lacks depending on the quality of the construction. |

though i am not expert but have little idea. if house construction is A class then the rate given by Chief Guest is Quite reasonable. but if construction is not A class and fall around B etc. then rate may vary around 65 to 85 lacs. but this depend upon sitting between the parties at what rate they can fainalize. |

If it is A class construction and as you mentioned that its on 80 ft road so it can not be below 9 millions! F 2 is an expensive block btw! |
