I am not sure about rates but I can suggest you about different available brands and options.
1. Good quality marble on floor will cost you more than Chinese tiles and other alternative tiles. Granite is even more expensive but quality and finish is awesome.
2. For Washroom tiles, there are many brands to choose from like Masters, Stile, Karam Ceramics etc. For sanitary fittings, Master is considered best in local brands. Also Sonex is good.
3. Wooden frames of high quality are very expensive. You can check interwood which makes very high quality doors and frames but that will cost you around 15-20,000 for each door approximately. For lesser price, you can check Dayar wood option which is also a good option.
4. For high quality door, Interwood is awesome but their price is even more awesome. There are many wood workshops which make good quality wooden doors at reasonable price. It all depends how much you can spend.
5. Aluminium depends on house look and exterior paint. usually people opt for dark brown, dark golden aluminium frames. Same goes for glasses and there are different grades available for glasses. More you spend better you have options.
6. Kitchen cabinets... Again if you are filthy rich, I would suggest interwood else any good carpenter can do a fine job with good quality wood.
7. Pakistan cables and English cables are best available local brands but prices have gone sky high and copper wires rolls are damn expensive now. |
