Phase 9/10 5marlas plot (shaheedon ki society)
Dear CMY ,
I just bought a plot from Hassan last friday in phase 7 block Z-1,
And i am very much interested to know the brief details about this pashe 9/10 5 marla's plot which are avialable and we can buy & select the plot on map.
And mainly,is it worthable to do this investment or can you suggest me something similar or better investment then this.
And how much it is ?????

DHA Lahore phase 9 plots of 5 marla in Shuhda quota were a very good investment in recent past and were highly recomened by us to all our valued cleints and on web here when profit was 1 to 2 lacs on paid amount. But now profit amount have gone up to 8 to 11 lacs on paid amount. At this point we believe DHA phase 9 Lahore at just 15.50 lacs for one kanal is a far better and safer investment instead of paying 15 to 16 lacs for a 5 marla plot.5 marla plot price is with development charges included but DHA 9 one kanal with development charges included will cost only 26 to 28 lacs.
