I have also a plot in L Block which is in Litigation. We have to do some thing for its proper solution.Either we should go into court or apply to LDA for the alternative. Other wise its rite to say that go and sleep for another decay (10 Years) |

Let me tell you one thing i am not a dealer.Neither i have suggested any one to buy plot no this this.Neither i have done any deal with anyone.Nor i have any plot in Lda avenue.
I just Guide the people.
If some one plot is in litigation or some other problem its Lda whose responsibly is to provide services and try to solve the case.
I just say to people wait.Lda Avenue is cooperative society not a private.Lda will solve the issue.Their investment is save. |

Dear all,
what i have heard the rumor is that LDA lost the case and the litigated plots of thousands of people will be allocated/shifted to different place which i heard is at the back of awt 2 or 1 i m not sure about that but it is far far away. |
