I have gone through the prices of plots. Though nothing is mentioned regarding development charges but I understand that the prices are including development charges.Only membership fee would be paid in addition.

The location in each phase isn't identified anywhere. For example, any idea on where would Phase 6 MB commercial would be situated?

to be very honest، i think its a very successful plan of dha to make it populated and selll all those plots alloted to retd. Personnel. And i know they will succeed in it like overseas and all other people living in pakistan have nothing else where to invest. I m just wondering how smart these people really are... And how much of plots within all these phases dha still possess.

All freinds please noter development charges are included in prices of these plots in installments.

I just had chat with DHA online help operator. He said to me that Park View files will not be added in the balloting.
