Dear Friends,
I have a budget of 30 lacs and want to invest somewhere for long term (10-20 years). I don't want to invest out of lahore. Please recommend which is a better investment option for me
1)3x 5 marla plots in DHA Phase 9 (as advertised in todays newspaper)
2)1 kanal plot in LDA Avenue 1
3)Any other societies you recommend?

Go for Lda Avenue 1 and find 1 kanal 60 or 100 feet road plot.It will be a vey good investment for 5-10 years. |

Which blocks in LDA 1 are litigation free? Any date when utilities will be provided there
