Please share your view on commercial plot under new ballot promtion in Phase 6 ( 8 marla facing MB RS 17,000,000) where is the exact location and what impact on existing 4 marla @ 20,000,000.00

I am scratching my bald head and its almost ready to bleed :) trying to figure out what DHA Lahore is trying doing here.
DHA Lahore phase 6 MB 4 Marla on cash coswt 2.25 crore to 2.5 crore. How can DHA offer a 8 marla commercial on installments at just 1.7 crore. Also I cant find DHA 6 MB plots of 8 marla on map unless they changed 32 marla corner commercials into 8 marla plots.
Either this is misprint mistake or some one some where is going to get very very rich in next 3 months and most likely it wont be a person from one of us the visitors of this website. This is the game we dont know how to play yet.
If I have 25 lacs to put for down payment of this 8 marla I would gamble it in all 5 marla plots of DHA 9 instead of one 8 marla commercial plot chance.
