Dear CMY
Today we havee seen in newspaper announcement by DHA LAHORE about the booking of plots in various sectors of DHA LAHORE phases alongwith a mapm also released.
This map is not so viseable ,however we can see very closly SECTOR M ,
PLS CONFIRM THAT DOES THIS SECTOR STANDS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HOLDING FILES,ALOCATIONS READING PHASE 5 EXT.Will we get our plots in the same as SECTOR M.
My second question is that what will be the price of one kanal plot at the time or immediatley after the bellet. pls elaborate. Thanks

I dont see any other DHA phases 5 extension or block N O P Q etc location on that map so I can safely say by looking at size of M block that is close to 1/3 of current DHA5 that all DHA 5 extension files will be allotted in this M block only. I still believe there is no difference between M block files or any other files of DHA 5 ext. Its almost certain that there is only one block fir DHA 5 ext files and that is M block. We should now leave the debate about location and focus on when DHA will have ballot for M block.
I can only guess and guess is DHA 5 ext plot will be priced at 48 to 80 lacs depending on location from day one after the ballot.

Check application for for DHA phase plots in A B D extension. More likely proper DHA 5 allocation will be allotted in there. Please check with DHA as this is my own guess only.
