DHA phase 6 plots on installment,

dear readers. i want to ask that the plots which DHA going to ballot are located in blocks which are already allotted long before like phase 1-6. now i get impression that may be they will sale left plots which are not balanced in size or disputed plots (installment not paid by old buyers_. can any1 give me idea about this?

which is the best option to buy in today's newspaper ad? if i have limited budget? i want to go for phase 6 but dnt know which blocks i shoudl go for

Malik bhai what will you do if you get a plot on boundary or near Lidhar village in new cutting in A D blocks. I dont see many plot left in B H J G that could be included in ballot. I wished DHA could give you available plot numbers in each phase to you before booking closing date but that is not likely as that will cause major drop in new applications and less revenue from new applications..



Better go for DHA 9 plots instead of loosing 5500 the processing fee.

Question:

1) Do we need to pay just the processing free Rs 5500/= or the down payment as well AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION??

2) When will results be announced for successful allotment???

Down payment must be paid in addition to 5500 processing fees.

Date of ballot of successful applicants is not announced by DHA but I expect it will be done within 90 days after July 20th 2011.
