Hi, what would be the impact of DHA offer on 1K plots of PH7,8? As both r not included in this offer

In DHA Lahore phase 7 and 8 there are no spare plots left to be sold on installments as most plots there were used recently for relocation against any piece of land that is on map but not in possession of DHA Lahore. |

Thanks CMY, Please advise what would the impact on prices of PH7 and 8, i guess the impact could be negative as this DHa offer will attract investment specially low budget investment tht was going towards PH 7 ,8. |

What is the likely date of balloting for these installment plots of DHA. I mean nothing is mentioned in the add regarding this. I recall last year while phase 8 was advertised the date of ballot was mentioned in advance. Viewers and CMY please comment. |

Date of ballot of successful applicants is not announced by DHA but I expect it will be done within 90 days after July 20th 2011.
