Dear CMY. It is strange that 5M residential plot in DHA-9 on installment costs 10 lac where as 10M costs 25 lac. Normally smaller plots are expensive and larger cheaper, but here is contradiction.
Can you please justify the reason? and what is your advice to buy ONE 10M plot or TWO 5M plots?

But i think 5 marla belongs to Shohada Town and 10 marla belongs to actual DHA 9.But not confirm.
But i this this will be the main difference. |

Fewer number of plots always cost more. 5 Malra could be in large number and 10 malra could be in smaller number. Its also possible that 10 marla may be located on much better location.
In DHA 6 there are 14500 plots of one kanal and one kanal is available as low as 50 lacs. On other hand there are only 300 or so 10 marla plots and ready 10 marla plot start at 52 to 57 lacs due to fewer available plots and far better location than low prices kanal plots in DHA 6.
Since we dont have a map of DHA Lahore phase 9 10 marla plots I dont like to take chance and I would request you apply for 5 marla as there are more buyers in lowest budget.
