In commercial please apply for 8 marla in MB facing (Please dont apply 8 marla commercial that is residential facing. Make sure you submit proper amount for MB facing and make pay order for MB facing amount )
In residential I will strongly suggest only 5 marla plots in DHA phase 9 as they have larger number of plots in it and you have max chance to get a plot. I am very sure all 5 marla in phase 9 will have profit as even in Bahria town new plots on installment ar sold at 12.25 lacs and we are talking about DHA Lahore.
All visitors of Lahore Real Estate are requested IF YOU WANT TO APPLY than please apply as soon as possible because on last days many people's application dont reach DHA in time. There is also a rare chance that your application data may not be entered into ballot because of too much over work data entry people may get tired and leave your application waiting to be entered after than ballot. Many times banks dont forward data to DHA in time.
So if you have to apply please apply soon and never wait till last days so you could have best chance to win in ballot.
