Dear CMY,
Recently offered 8 Marla commercial plot by DHA on installments in DHA phase 6 i.e. facing MB & facing residential on installment Prices 17,000,000 & 15,000,000 respectively.
(1)-What will be the impact on the present plot holders of 4 Marla commercial in Phase 6 (facing MB & facing residential)? Will the price of 4 Marla MB will fall, if yes than approximately up to what level?
(2)-Should it is advisable to hold the 4 Marla commercial MB front / back at this moment or than sold it out & switch to an other sector.?
(3)- In case if advisable to sold out, than in which sector or society to be invested again specifically in commercial sector?

It will depend on the number, location and possession time of the new plots. Drawing an analogy from Bahria Town where new plots were offered but still the prices of older plots did not drop. In my opinion therefore, new MB plots might not effect the prices of MB 4 marla significantly. Also, since now the news is out, the decision to sell might prove to be expensive. |
