Download Application Form DHA Lahore Plots On Installment

All friends are informed to please fill out correct address where you will get intimation letter if successful or money return pay order if you dont get a plot.
Many people dont pay good attention to address but its important you put an address where you can get your mail in time.
In case DHALahore.Org goes down due to heavy traffic there you can download forms from LahoreRealEstate.Com too.

Dear Ch Mujahid Yasin

Regarding Processing Fee + Down Payment of 5 Marla Phase IX , for oversease pakistanis USD.100 @ Rs.85.50(Rs.8,550+150,000 (Total Rs.158,550/)I would like to ask how to make bank draft ? can i make a draft in Pak Rs. for all total Rs.158,550 amount. or processing fee draft should be in USD.? and down payment in Pak Rupees.?

And then after balloting if some one(overseas applicant) get the plot, balance installments will be paid in USD ? or that will be in Pak Rupees.

sorry to bother you but above is need to be clear for me. Please Reply-Thanks.

Both will be ok in my opinion but to be 100% safe make two drafts. One foe $100 for processing fee only and other one in Rs for down payment. Future installments will be paid in Rs only.

Thanks for your reply against my questions. OK i will arrange one draft for processing fee $100 and an other draft in Pak Rs. 150,000.for down payment.But DHA has mention on application form page 2 of 6 in serial No.(22) OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS SHALL SEND THIER DOWN PAYMENT CONVERTED IN TO US$ @ RS.85.50/US$ THROUGH DEMAND DRAFT. Please check in this matter.

My second question is about Present & Permanent Address on the application. Please let me know which address i should put for each (Present/Permanent Address) while i am living outside the country and applying as overseas paki.

As long as DHA gets Rs 150000 they will be happy. If possible please put a Pakistani address in Present/Permanent Address.

If you want both Pak and overseas address

Present= Overseas Address
Permanent Address= Pakistan Address

Hi,
Can i ask you how do you make a demand draft.

I have been to 2 - 3 local US banks( Bank of America, Chase) to make the US dollar Demand Draft as it stated in the application but they have no clue what is the demand draft is.

I told them i search online and also show them the application but they said they don't make demand drafts.

If you can please tell me how they made the demand draft if you have applied for plot.
