Which one is better option for investment point of view, for 5M, Bahria Town D-sector or DHA-9?

If you want to make investment only DHA 9 is better.
If you want to live on Bahria town side than sector D is better.
If you want to live on Defence side than DHA phase 9 5 marla is better.
