dear cmy sahib (in case of failed applicant)
dha will return the money in us dollar or rupees,
at my pakistan adreess my friend or relative can cashed the returned draft for me or that will be on my name only.
in case of succesfull
can i send the remaining istallment in us dollar direct to dha office .
can i sell my installment plot after the ballot while i am in usa.
down payment draft can i make three small draft for one application,
you think it is very secure to send them a draft of thousands of dollar by mail and then wait for there response and there will be no reciept any thing to proof. please give me detail answer,

I am sorry sir I am not in position to help you here. You should ask these questions to DHA Lahore official staff directly. I am not aware what DHA Lahore will accept and what they will do latter.
