Your valued comments will be appreciated regarding the 1-Kanal allocation files of DHA Phase 9. Will these allocation files will be included in the forthcoming expected ballot to be held for the 5-Marala & 10-Maral installment base plots.
My second question, is there any depreciation in the prices of phase -7 / 6 & Phase -6 MB-4 Marla commercial?

Honestly I dont know and dont have a clear hint from any where If one kanal will be included in next ballot of DHA phase 9 5 and 10 Marla plots. What I know for sure is that over 95% land is already in DHA Lahore possession in DHA phase 9. I know for sure there are less than dozen new file in DHA Lahore phase 9 every month for past 2 to 3 months. There use to be 10 to 15 new files each day in past. What I know for sure is that lot of land in DHA Lahore phase 9 is already alloted balloted with name of DHA town phase 9. Hundreds or perhaps thousands more plots of 5 Marla and 10 Marla will be alloted to people during this booking so only land that will be left will be for DHA Lahore phase 9 one kanal for land owners and military allotments. So with these new booking we are getting closer and closer to DHA Lahore phase 9 ballot. When that will happen is only known to people sitting in GHQ DHA Lahore and Allah.

I thanks for your prompt and detailed reply. Really you are doing an excellent job that none of the individual in real-estate is having courage to carry on without any financial rewards / benefits. But don’t worry our prayers & best wishes are always with you and I personally think that this is the main reason of your success in this business, where it is almost impossible to find a person like you who is having such straight forward & clear visions on property related issues.
I will be great full if you can answer my second question i.e. price impact on Phase -7 & Phase-6 MB due the recent plots offered on installment basis.

Plot numbers that may be offered on installment are just too low to change any thing. Nothing major expected to upside or down side in these two phases or DHA in general.
For now people are lost in installment booking for it may be the best time to buy DHA Lahore phase 6 or DHA Lahore phase 7 plots on cash. |

what is your opinion on phase 5 ext, is it going to be included in the ballot and if not then any guess about the expected date?

I am not sure if it will be included in ballot or not. More chances are that it will be included but I cant you guarantee that it will be included. |
