DHA Lahore Plots On Installments Application Instructions Help
Application forms must be printed on 8.5 X 14 inch papers. Application form must be signed in original ( No Photo Copy Fax or Computer printed Signatures). All overseas Pakistanis If writing overseas address in form they must make down payment and processing fees in $ only ( You can make one demand draft for both ).Use only DHA Lahore $ to Rs conversion rate of 85.50 for demand drafts in $. Each application should have separate pay orders. People writing a Pakistan address can pay money for processing fee and down payment in Rs. Make one pay orders for both of these. Each application need separate forms and pay orders. Please attach 2 passport size photos. If possible make blue back ground pictures. To have best chance in ballot try your best to apply early as in last days many applications can get lost in banks or mail or in DHA data entry offices due to tremendous work load. Refunds are made for down payment only and only to mailing address written on applications so be 100% sure you have a correct mailing address. Please make a pay order from any bank and than send completed form with pay order directly to DHA office mailing address or in person. You can also fill form and deposit money directly in selected branches of Askari bank mostly in DHA Lahore and Lahore cant area. I still recommend that you make a pay order and submit application to DHA Lahore head office in Y block DHA Lahore phase 3 to avoid any delay in data entry or refunds etc.
Please keep a copy of pay order and complete application form. If you apply please SMS me your NIC so I could check with DHA if they got you applications and entered in system properly or not. Also this NIC number will help me on ballot day to find if you are a winner or not and what plot you got etc.
