Bahria Enclave does not have NOC from CDA. To my understandind it would not be allowed to lauch unless it gets NOC from CDA. So what is going on is very confusing and irrational. Again monery from people will be collected and put in to black hole.

salam Mr Nobel
Personally I feel better comunicating with real names. You might be right that Bahria may not have NOC but who cares its Bahria will fund our politicials and will enjoy our money. Even they will be forced to issue NOC. In hte past so much broken promises delayed development no one is there to ask Bahria. tehy will escalate prices impose additional dev charges and we will suffer.

I think on Pakistani standards, Bahria town has delivered in a reasonable amount of time, e.g. Phase 8, Rawalpindi was launched in 2003 and today you can see on the ground plots there. Similarly, Sector C in Lahore is another example.

On the other hand, I bought a DHA Phase 9/10 file in 2004 for about 1.4M and it is to this date a file and will remain that way for atleast 5-7 years. I think it is unfair to have double standards when comparing DHA and BT.
