I would appreciate if you recommend some very good architect. Also guide how much normally an architect charge for a one kanal house and what are deliverables??

My email address is mentioned . I am interested to construct my house in Bahria Town EXL. Plot size is 4 kanal but I wanna construct for my family and the covered area should not be more than sq feet. Brother Abubaba can you please send Mr. A Rahman's email also. How much should I put in my mind for architect??
