These 2500 plots were already sold in pre launch to dozens of property dealers in Bahria Town Lahore. These plot are now available through these property dealers only at same rates Bahria Town has offered these plots in newspapers to general public. These dozens property dealers believed in Bahria town and took their chances to buy all available plots and made 48 crore down payment to Bahria Town. I have not visited the site yet but I am told development work have been started to hand over these plots in less than 8 months time. Installments are for 18 months.
