They are included if you read back of application. One bad news Bahria now closed the option of choosing the plot from map, they did it yesterday. Now applications would go through balloting. I got delayed due to stupid reasons beyond my control but I am still taking a chance. I was told today that they might close it in next couple of days, these damn investors screw up everything.

Does any one know is the "Barhia Enclave" housing scheme is a legal scheme,as there are some many rumours going around that this scheme has not been granted with NOC from CDA.Please see belwo from CDA website.

Note:

It is for the information of General Public that only 13 housing schemes in Zone 2,5 and Sector E-11 have been issued NOC by CDA. Sale purchase of plots and development in any scheme other than the schemes which have been issued NOC, is unauthorized/illegal. Therefore general public is advised in their own interest to restrain from any sale/purchase of plots in schemes. i suggest to wait for the time being and not apply. There is a chance once the dust settles, you might be able to get same plot in loss from allottees.

Dear Friends.

I think to qualify for the NOC from CDA for a private housing scheme in Islamabad the developer (Housing Society) must own 200 Kanals of land & must mortgage a certain part of it to CDA for the Urban facilities. So if BTL owns the required land in the area where they have announced the new scheme getting NOC from CDA should not be a problem.
